Quality fish and seafood products
Red Snapper Seafoods specialise in producing fillets, loins, supremes, steaks, specialty fish cuts and portions from the highest quality fresh fish, seafood and shellfish. We have our own fish smoke house, where we smoke a wide range of products using traditional methods of smoking for periods of up to 36 hours over oak chippings.

Seafood delivery
We deliver quality seafood nationwide. Our own vehicles deliver our quality seafood throughout the Northwest from Tuesdays to Saturdays. All other fish and seafood orders are shipped overnight to your house. For orders up to 20kg in weight we charge a flat fee of £5 to any address on mainland UK*.
Our on-line fish market contains lots of fish and seafood recipes so that you can select seafood with a wide choice of recipes for meal and cooking ideas.

Deep sea trawlers fish in the pollution free waters of the Atlantic and pacific oceans .Dayboats fish worldwide from ports in countries as diverse as Sri Lanka ,Senegal, Tunisia and many other countries leaving and returning within 24 hours to deliver their catch. Locally operating boats in the seas surrounding the British Isles provide us with a variety of local species including Dover soles,Lemon Soles,Hake,John Dory and many other natives species of very fresh fish which can be proccesed by us in as little as 48 hours. A wide variety of freshly caught fish from countries world wide is air freighted to the UK within 24 hours of landing. Whether local or imported this enables our online store to deliver the freshest fish and seafood to you as quickly as 72 hrs from it leaving the sea. Our quality fish and seafood are hand prepared by our own skilled fishmongers and filleters who, after preparing your order, vacuum pack each item to seal in the freshness and cover it in ice. Our fish is not the tired fish so often seen on supermarket counters.
